3. Vehicle Purchases

3.1 Pricing and Availability

All vehicle prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. Vehicle availability is subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to refuse any sale.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full or according to agreed financing terms before vehicle delivery. We accept bank transfers, certified checks, and approved financing options.

3.3 Delivery

Vehicle delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We will notify you when your vehicle is ready for pickup or delivery.

4. Vehicle Leasing

Leasing agreements are subject to:

• Credit approval and background checks
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Security deposit and monthly lease payments
• Mileage limits and usage restrictions
• Maintenance and care responsibilities

5. Service and Repairs

5.1 Estimates

All repair estimates are approximate and may change based on diagnostic findings. We will contact you before performing additional work.

5.2 Warranty

Repair services come with a limited warranty covering parts and labor. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided in writing.

5.3 Parts

We use genuine or equivalent quality parts. You may provide your own parts, but we cannot warranty customer-supplied parts.

6. Test Drives

Test drives require:

• Valid Nigerian driver's license
• Proof of insurance or coverage under our policy
• Signed liability waiver
• Accompaniment by CTA staff member

You are responsible for any damage occurring during test drives due to negligence or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CareTech AutoLogical and protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareTech AutoLogical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CareTech AutoLogical harmless from any claims, losses, liability, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
